The evening begins at 6:30 PM and will feature a beautifully curated six-course dinner created by Chef Eddie Nickell and his culinary team, with each course inspired by the spirit, recipes, and joie de vivre of Julia Child. Thoughtfully selected wine pairings will accompany the menu, creating a delicious tribute to one of the most beloved figures in culinary history.
