Private Rooftop Events in Orlando

Our rooftop offers a memorable setting for guests looking for a private event venue with an elevated atmosphere. The space includes rooftop dining, lounge seating, a dedicated bar, private rooftop restrooms, and elevator access.

Private rooftop events may include exclusive use of the space, a dedicated service team, a private bartender, a customized food presentation by Executive Chef Eddie Nickell, and a beverage program created for your group.

Although the rooftop is normally reserved for adults, children may attend when the rooftop is booked as a fully private event or as part of a full restaurant buyout. Because only the host’s invited guests are present, the host may decide whether children are included.

Rooftop events are planned as rain-or-shine functions. The space includes covered areas, fans, and heaters, but an indoor backup location cannot always be guaranteed.

Main Dining Room, Bar, Patio and Lanai

Bites & Bubbles offers several additional spaces for private and semi-private gatherings.

Our main dining room and bar provide a warm, sophisticated setting for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, corporate gatherings, and holiday celebrations.

The covered patio offers an intimate setting with protection from the elements, while the al fresco lanai is well suited for receptions, buffet presentations, social gatherings, and larger groups.

Depending on the size and style of your event, multiple areas may be combined for a partial or full restaurant buyout.

A full venue buyout gives your group exclusive use of Bites & Bubbles, including the main dining room, bar, covered patio, al fresco lanai, and rooftop.

Our team can help coordinate guest flow, food stations, bar service, seating areas, décor placement, and the overall event timeline.

Music, Entertainment and Décor

Bites & Bubbles provides licensed background music throughout the restaurant. We do not permit outside Spotify playlists, DJs, karaoke, bands, or live musical entertainment.

Hosts may bring approved decorations, signage, floral arrangements, favors, and other personal touches. All décor plans should be reviewed with our team in advance. Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, furniture, or building surfaces without approval.

Seasonal restaurant décor generally remains in place during private events.

Parking and Accessibility

Bites & Bubbles is located at 1618 North Mills Avenue in Orlando’s Mills 50 District. Complimentary parking is available in the surrounding complex and nearby designated areas.

An elevator provides access to the rooftop, and private rooftop restrooms are available for guests attending events upstairs.

How the Private-Event Process Works

Once we receive your inquiry, our private-events team will review your preferred date, anticipated guest count, selected space, event style, and estimated budget.

If the date and requested space are available, we will prepare a customized proposal outlining the food, beverage service, event timing, minimum expenditure, taxes, service fees, gratuity, and other applicable details.

Your event is officially reserved once the agreement has been signed and the required deposit has been received.

Minimum expenditures are based on the date, time, space, season, and staffing requirements. The contracted minimum remains the same if the final guest count or beverage consumption is lower than originally estimated.
