Job Title: Bites & Bubbles Mills Park Restaurant & Bar Line Cook


Job Overview: Bites & Bubbles is looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be a key player in the daily operations of our kitchen, contributing to the delivery of high-quality and innovative cuisine. We seek individuals who are passionate about food, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic culinary environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use. Execute recipes with attention to detail ensuring consistent quality.

  2. Cooking and Presentation: Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Present food according to the Chef Owner’s specifications, maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality.

  3. Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

  4. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including the Sous Chef and Chef Owner, to ensure efficient operation. Assist other kitchen staff as needed, particularly during peak times.

  5. Quality Control: Uphold the standard of quality, freshness, and presentation set by the restaurant. Provide input to the culinary team to enhance menu items and kitchen processes.

  6. Inventory and Resource Management: Assist in inventory management by properly receiving and storing ingredients. Minimize waste and maintain cost-efficiency in the use of resources.



  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook.

  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and procedures.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Culinary school training or equivalent experience is a plus.


Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility with work hours, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Physical stamina to handle a busy kitchen environment.
