A Luxury Wine Dinner Experience at Bites & Bubbles

 

Join us for an exclusive, limited-seating luxury wine dinner experience designed for guests who appreciate exceptional wine, elevated cuisine, and unforgettable hospitality.

 

For this one-night-only event, Bites & Bubbles will be closed to the general public, creating an intimate private dining experience exclusively for guests attending The Collector’s Table.

 

The evening begins on the rooftop with Taittinger Brut La Française Champagne NV, an elegant caviar station, and an Oystertainer shucking fresh oysters for guests to enjoy as they arrive. Guests will then move to the Main Dining Room for a chef-curated dinner featuring Far Niente Chardonnay 2019, Opus One 2017, Hamel Family Nuns Canyon Red 2017, and Telmont Réserve Brut Champagne 2021.

 

After dessert, guests will be invited back to the rooftop for a refined nightcap experience with Macallan fine Scotch, freshly brewed coffee, and chocolate-filled bombolini under the evening sky.

Guests begin the evening on the rooftop with Taittinger Champagne, a luxurious caviar station with traditional accompaniments, and freshly shucked oysters presented by an Oystertainer.

Cold Water Lobster Tail, Chilean Seabass & Sweet Corn Risotto

Cold water lobster tail and Chilean seabass served with sweet corn risotto, fine herbs, and lemon beurre blanc

Filet of Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras

Seared filet medallion, Hudson Valley foie gras, black cherry demi-glace, potato crisp

Rooftop Nightcap Experience

Macallan Fine Scotch, Coffee & Chocolate-Filled Bombolini

Following dinner, guests will return to the rooftop for a relaxed and elegant finale featuring Macallan fine Scotch, freshly brewed coffee, and warm chocolate-filled bombolini.
