Celebrate the warmth and richness of fall at Bites & Bubbles on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, with an evening of seasonal flavors, thoughtfully selected wines, and Chef Eddie Nickell’s signature hospitality.
Begin with a fall-inspired welcome cocktail at our 6:30 PM reception, followed by a four-course dinner at 7 PM. From warm Brie with apple chutney and silky butternut squash bisque to airline pheasant with country bread stuffing, each course brings the comforting flavors of the harvest season to the table. A decadent mile-high bourbon pecan pie with caramel gelato provides the finishing touch.
