FIRST COURSE Caramelized Onion & Fall Mushroom Puff Pastry Flaky puff pastry filled with caramelized onions, fall mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese.
SECOND COURSE Fall Harvest Salad Apples, dried cranberries, tomatoes, figs, and goat cheese with apple cider vinaigrette.
THIRD COURSE Slow-Roasted Beef Short Rib Served with fall root vegetables.
DESSERT COURSE Pumpkin Pot de Crème A rich, silky pumpkin custard for a seasonal finish.
