Position Overview:
As a Fine Dining Bartender at Bites & Bubbles, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing elevated bar service, and enhancing the overall guest experience with your product knowledge and hospitality. Your attention to detail, creativity, and command of cocktail and wine service will help maintain the refined and welcoming atmosphere that defines our brand.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Bar Setup & Cleanliness: Prepare and maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized bar station before, during, and after service. Ensure tools, glassware, and ingredients meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

• Craft Cocktail Preparation: Prepare a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision, consistency, and flair. Stay updated on seasonal menus, house specials, and evolving trends in mixology.

• Wine, Spirits & Beverage Service: Confidently pour, serve, and suggest wines, spirits, and aperitifs. Demonstrate knowledge of pairing selections with food items and assist guests in making informed choices.

• Guest Engagement: Provide personalized, engaging service at the bar and to cocktail guests throughout the restaurant. Build rapport with guests while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently fulfill drink orders for bar patrons and service team tickets, maintaining speed without sacrificing quality.

• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor bar inventory, restock as needed, and communicate with management regarding product needs. Assist with receiving and organizing liquor and bar supplies.

• Upselling & Experience Enhancement: Suggest after-dinner drinks, specialty cocktails, wine flights, and curated experiences to elevate the guest’s visit and maximize revenue.

• Cash Handling & POS Operation: Accurately manage transactions using the POS system, handle cash responsibly, and follow proper check-out procedures.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, support staff, and kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining and drinking experience. Contribute positively to the overall team dynamic and guest satisfaction.

• Policy Adherence: Comply with all alcohol laws and health and safety guidelines. Maintain responsible service practices at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale cocktail environment is required.

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency.

• Must be 21 years or older and legally authorized to serve alcohol in Florida.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy items, and navigate stairs during service.
