Our Green & Gold Wine Dinner is a thoughtfully curated four-course experience showcasing seasonal flavors, elegant comfort, and exceptional wines, all guided by a guest speaker from RNDC.
Chef Eddie Nickell has crafted a menu that highlights the freshness of early spring while honoring classic Irish elements—from a bright Spring Pea & Mint Soup and seared diver scallops with Irish boxty, to a richly braised lamb shank and a pistachio cake finished with lemon icing for a festive Green & Gold finale.
Each course is paired with carefully selected wines, featuring both white and red selections, with a special red wine pairing for dessert. The evening begins with a St. Patrick’s Day welcome cocktail designed to set the tone for a relaxed yet elevated celebration.
